Matthew 20:31 "Be quiet!” the crowd yelled at them. But they only shouted louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”
The world wants to quiet you, they will try to keep you silent. But God responds to the cries of his people, especially the cry for mercy. Some of you have been quieted by the world, they have told you that God doesn't care, that he would never help you or that it's your problem so you have to figure it out on your own. But world is wrong and the voice that needs to be silenced is the voice of fear, unbelief and condemnation.
God loves to hear our cries for mercy, because he is a God of mercy, Psalms 86:5 "For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee" and his heart longs to help those who cry out to him. So open your mouth and cry out to God, refuse to be silenced because God loves you and wants to answer your cry for help.
