Supernatural Set Up

2 Kings 8:1-6 "Elisha had told the woman whose son he had brought back to life, “Take your family and move to some other place, for the Lord has called for a famine on Israel that will last for seven years.” 2  So the woman did as the man of God instructed. She took her family and settled in the land of the Philistines for seven years. After the famine ended she returned from the land of the Philistines, and she went to see the king about getting back her house and land. 4  As she came in, the king was talking with Gehazi, the servant of the man of God. The king had just said, “Tell me some stories about the great things Elisha has done.” 5  And Gehazi was telling the king about the time Elisha had brought a boy back to life. At that very moment, the mother of the boy walked in to make her appeal to the king about her house and land. “Look, my lord the king!” Gehazi exclaimed. “Here is the woman now, and this is her son-the very one Elisha brought back to life!” 6  “Is this true?” the king asked her. And she told him the story. So he directed one of his officials to see that everything she had lost was restored to her, including the value of any crops that had been harvested during her absence." God will set you up. Like the widow woman as she returned home to make her appeal to the king. The Bible says "at that very moment" or it could have said at the time set up by God, because she had been set up for good. God desired to restore everything she had lost including any profits made off her land while she was gone. Proverbs says the steps of a good man/woman are ordered by the Lord. God will set you up for good. He wants to restore all that you have lost with extra packed on top. Think about all the "at that very moment" moments you have had in your life. How many times have you been in the right place at the right time and connected with the right person. Those moments are not the result of chance, they are the result of God. He has set you up for good. If you have ever wonder why it is so important to be obedient to the promptings of the Holy Spirit, you don't have to wonder any more. You need to be obedient to the Holy Spirit because God is trying to set you up, he wants to restore everything the enemy has stolen and he wants to connect you with the right people, give you the right job and prosper you beyond your wildest dreams. God is trying to set you up and when we are obedient to the simple promptings of the Spirit we will be at the right place, at the right time and meet the right people, because it is a "supernatural set up."
